Reembolsos<\/strong><\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>Refunds are available only where products or services have <strong>not yet been delivered<\/strong> or where a return is accepted under Section 3.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>For services, once a report, analysis, monitoring, or any operational work has started, the order is considered <strong>in progress<\/strong> and refunds cannot be issued, except where required by law or where the service is not delivered as described.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>Approved refunds are processed back to the <strong>original payment method<\/strong>. Processing time is typically <strong>5\u201310 business days<\/strong> after approval.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p><strong>2. Cancelaciones<\/strong><\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>Cancellations are only possible where the order has <strong>not yet started<\/strong> and no work has been scheduled, assigned, initiated, or dispatched.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>If a cancellation request is received <strong>before any work begins<\/strong>, the order will be cancelled and a refund may be issued in accordance with Section 1.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>Once any part of the service has started \u2014 including preparation, research, analysis, monitoring setup, procurement, or dispatch \u2014 the order is considered <strong>in progress<\/strong> y <strong>cannot be cancelled<\/strong>.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>To request a cancellation, contact us as soon as possible and include your <strong>order number<\/strong> and reason for the request. We will confirm whether cancellation is still possible.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p><strong>3. Returns (Physical Products)<\/strong><\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>If you purchase a <strong>physical product<\/strong> and change your mind, you may request a return within <strong>14 days of delivery<\/strong>.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>To be eligible for a return, items must be:<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\r\n  <li><strong>Unused<\/strong> and in <strong>resellable condition<\/strong><\/li>\r\n  <li>Returned with <strong>all original packaging<\/strong> and included parts<\/li>\r\n  <li>Accompanied by your <strong>order number<\/strong><\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p><strong>Return shipping:<\/strong> paid by the customer (unless the item is faulty, damaged on arrival, or incorrect).<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p><strong>Inspection &amp; refund timing:<\/strong> once received and inspected, approved refunds are processed within <strong>5\u201310 business days<\/strong> to the original payment method.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p><strong>Faulty, damaged, or incorrect items:<\/strong> If your item arrives damaged, is faulty, or you receive the wrong item, contact us within <strong>7 days<\/strong> of delivery with your order number and (where possible) photos.
