Jonatan Bosque – Founder & Managing Director

Jonatan combines a distinctive blend of corporate compliance, data analysis, international account management, and investigative expertise.

He launched his career at Microsoft, focusing on compliance and digital content regulation, particularly in the video game industry, where he emphasised detail and policy enforcement. Following this, he worked as a Data Analyst at John Lewis Partnership Plc, leveraging his analytical skills to enhance logistics and supply chain operations. At Portwest, he progressed to European account administration, managing key clients, coordinating documentation, and ensuring compliance in international trade and logistics.

Currently, Jonatan also serves as a contractor supporting U.S. Army operations in Europe, where he applies his knowledge in compliance, logistics, and international coordination in a demanding environment that requires precision and accountability.

In addition to his corporate endeavors, Jonatan has established a strong presence in football coaching and sports education. He holds a UEFA C License from England Football Learning and a Professional Diploma in Football Coaching from the Barça Innovation Hub. His academic background includes a degree in Sport and Exercise Science from London Metropolitan University.

This unique combination of corporate, defense, and sports expertise informs Jonatan’s leadership at True Observer. He effectively integrates compliance, data integrity, and international logistics with a strategic focus on misinformation tracking, content analysis, and regulatory advocacy, all within a cross-border defense and compliance framework.

Julia Hirschmann – Operations & Project Manager

Julia brings to True Observer a solid background in international logistics, client management, and office administration, with over a decade of experience in environments where accuracy and confidentiality are essential.

She began her career as a Freight Forwarder, gaining expertise in international sales, client relations, and the coordination of global import and export operations. This experience enabled her to thrive under pressure, manage complex documentation, and ensure compliance across borders. Skills directly relevant to True Observer’s evidence-led and cross-border work.

She later moved into project and office management, where she developed strengths in team coordination, schedule planning, and workflow optimisation. In her current operations and HR role, she has further refined her abilities in conflict resolution, attention to detail, and the discreet handling of sensitive information, ensuring smooth processes that remain closely aligned with organisational objectives.

At True Observer, Julia ensures that detection, documentation, and escalation procedures are carried out with rigour and efficiency, contributing directly to the company’s mission: safeguarding the reputation of institutions, brands, and high-profile individuals against hostile campaigns and manipulated narratives.
