True Observer Media Ltd. stands as a shield in the digital battlefield. A media intelligence agency dedicated to protecting institutions, brands, and individuals from disinformation, defamation, and reputation theft.
Our work is rooted in OSINT (open-source intelligence), legal awareness, and investigative methods. Every day, we monitor YouTube, X, Instagram, TikTok, and traditional media to detect when commentary crosses the line into distortion or abuse.
Our mission is simple but urgent: to identify, expose, and neutralise reputational threats.
Founder & Managing Director
Jonatan combines a distinctive blend of corporate compliance, data analysis, international account management, and investigative expertise. He began his career at Microsoft, specialising in compliance and digital content regulation within the video game industry, where precision and policy enforcement were essential. He later worked as a Data Analyst at John Lewis Partnership Plc, optimising logistics and supply-chain operations through data insights. At Portwest, he advanced into European account administration, managing key clients and ensuring full trade and logistics compliance.
Jonatan currently serves as a contractor supporting U.S. Army operations in Europe, applying his skills in compliance, logistics, and international coordination within a highly regulated environment demanding accuracy and accountability.
Beyond his corporate career, Jonatan is deeply engaged in football coaching and education. He holds a UEFA C Licence from England Football Learning and a Professional Diploma in Football Coaching from the Barça Innovation Hub, with a degree in Sport and Exercise Science from London Metropolitan University.

Operations & Project Manager
Julia brings to True Observer over a decade of experience in international logistics, client management, and office administration, fields where precision, confidentiality, and composure are indispensable. Starting as a Freight Forwarder, she gained deep expertise in global import/export operations, sales, and client coordination. This foundation helped her manage complex documentation and compliance procedures across borders. Skills directly aligned with True Observer’s evidence-based international work.
Later, in project and office management, Julia refined her strengths in workflow optimisation, conflict resolution, and the discreet handling of sensitive information. At True Observer, she ensures that detection, documentation, and escalation processes run with rigour and efficiency, upholding our mission to protect reputations against coordinated online harm.

LEGAL & POLICY RESEARCH
Leo is a Law student at the University of the Balearic Islands who supports True Observer with research on reputation, defamation, and platform liability. He prepares internal briefs, case summaries, and quick legal checks to help align our investigations with the laws that govern online speech and the use of digital evidence in practice.

**** brings international experience in consulting and operations management. He structures investigative workflows, designs SOPs and checklists, and coordinates handovers between volunteers, analysts, and case leads. His work keeps operations organised from first alert to escalation, ensuring that evidence, context, and timelines stay aligned across cases.

CYBERSECURITY SPECIALIST
******* is a certified cybersecurity specialist with expertise in threat intelligence and digital risk. He supports True Observer with technical analysis and secure evidence handling. One of his main tasks is setting up forensic PC and laptop workstations for agents and volunteers, as well as collaborating in training programmes to strengthen our technical resilience.
