This course is designed to introduce VLTs to the OPserver software and the main applications used across operational workflows, including Incident Response, Signal Board, Target Radar, Observatory, Evidence Studio, Knowledge Hub, Collaborative Workspace, Notebook, and the Academy itself. It provides a practical overview of how the platform works, how the different tools connect, and how operators are expected to use them in real assignments.

Throughout the course, learners will understand how cases are identified, claimed, investigated, escalated, documented, and handed over across the platform. Special attention is given to the responsibilities of VLTs, the progression of operational work inside Incident Response, and the use of supporting apps for intelligence development, evidence handling, reporting, and collaboration.

By the end of the course, learners will have a clear understanding of the main functions of OPserver, the purpose of each application, and the expected workflow for carrying out tasks safely, accurately, and professionally within the platform.
