How Introductions Work

How introductions work

True Observer facilitates opt-in introductions between recruiters and our volunteer community. We do not publish volunteer profiles and we do not share personal data without explicit consent.

1) Recruiter submits a role

You share requirements, location, salary/rate, and your verified contact details via our Recruiter Hub.

2) Internal review & shortlist

We review the role and identify potential matches privately (no public listings of volunteers).

3) Volunteer opt-in (consent first)

We contact relevant volunteers and share role details. They can accept, ask questions, or decline.

4) Introduction

Only after the volunteer accepts do we facilitate the introduction (typically a 3-way email or agreed contact route).

5) Outcome & referrals

Where applicable, referral terms are agreed in writing before introductions and logged for audit.

6) Privacy & audit trail

We minimise data and keep a consent record per introduction. Volunteers can opt out at any time.

Important: If no volunteer opts in, we do not share any personal details with recruiters. Recruiters must not attempt to identify or contact volunteers via external means based on this process.
